Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one mail management solution, which will grant you full command over your email box accounts and newsletters. With this easy-to-handle interface, you can create a new e-mail box account in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. Furthermore, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one email account to another, create email filters, set up auto-reply messages and defend your mail accounts against spam electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your email mailboxes against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwelcome electronic mails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your email messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a certain mailbox account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for filtering your incoming emails according to specific criteria set by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can swiftly set up an e-mail filter for any of your email accounts and set the email filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming email messages from one mailbox to another, or even to several other e-mail accounts. Just select the e-mail box you want to redirect electronic mail messages from, then specify the destination mailbox and select if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your choice to access your email mailboxes. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you want to set up on your personal computer or mobile phone and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mailbox will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple electronic mail accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also permit you to quickly create an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to read and our system will do everything else.
